If you register your interest in the academy, ShiftUP collects the details you provide in the register-your-interest form: your name, email address, phone number, profession, career stage, location, and your answers to two commitment questions (whether you can commit to the full three-week academy, and whether you're ready to take a rehab consulting role when you finish).

If you enquire about partnering with us, we collect the details you provide in the partner enquiry form: your name, work email, organisation, role, the regions your team works in and how you'd like to be involved, plus your phone number and message if you choose to give them.

We use registration details to assess initial eligibility and interest, contact you about a screening call, understand demand for the academy and work out how we may be able to help. If you don't provide the required details, we can't follow up on your registration of interest.

We use partner enquiry details to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a possible partnership with your organisation. If you don't provide the required details, we can't respond to your enquiry.

Your details are seen by our authorised team and the service providers needed to run this website.

If you accept a place in a cohort, we'll ask your permission before sharing your profile and contact details with the rehab providers we introduce you to, including the provider sponsoring your cohort if it has one, so they can set up screening calls.

Registrations of interest and partner enquiries are stored in a database hosted in Sydney, Australia.

We keep your information only for as long as it's reasonably needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. A specific retention period will be documented before the academy opens.
