When they finish, you set up screening calls with the graduates you like, then interview through your usual process.
What does it cost to partner with you?
We charge a referral fee, set as a percentage, when you hire one of our graduates. Sponsoring a cohort has its own fee arrangement, because you get first pick and the course is tailored to your business. We'll take you through the details on our call.
Do graduates work in our business during the course?
No. There are no placements, unpaid trials or shifts at your business. In week 3, during an evening lesson, each person works a mock case built on your procedures and is assessed on it.
How does the hiring round work?
You get first look at the cohort you sponsor. You set up screening calls with the graduates you're interested in, then interview them through your usual process.
How much of our team's time does it take?
Walking us through your operating procedures, your own screening calls and interviews, and, if you'd like, one of your team joining a lesson. We'll map it out together on our call.
Do we have to hire anyone?
No. There's no obligation to hire anyone from the cohort you sponsor.
What if a hire doesn't work out?
Our quality guarantee covers you. If a graduate you hire doesn't work out in their first three months, we'll replace them.
